Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I'm here to help.

RETURNS- You may return the wig fully in new form and unused with in 3-5 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

REFUNS- Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to you original payment method with 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items- If the items is returned damaged or used unfortunately you will not be able to get a refund.

Return Shipping- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong defective item, etc ).
